How to Uninstall Cydia Apps Directly from SpringBoard
If you own a jailbroken iPhone and have installed some apps via Cydia, you will notice that when you try to delete any app from your SpringBoard (Tap and hold on the icon) an "X" appears, where you tap and remove the app. But in case of Applications installed via Cydia, there will be no "X" with them (Screenshot available). You will need to go to:
Cydia > Manage > Packages > find your targeted package > Modify > Remove > Confirm
to uninstall those apps. Now that's the only bad thing about Cydia
But don't worry, CyDelete is out there for you. CyDelete solves the uninstallation problem with Cydia installed application and have brought much convenience to iPhone owners.
After installing CyDelete you will be able to remove Cydia applications directly from your SpringBoard the same way you remove App Store Applications (Tap and hold on the icons, it will start wiggling and then tap "X" that appeared on top-left corner).
CyDelete is available to download via Cydia for Free!
